FROM DENVER
From I-25 S, exit 194 West (C-470 toward Grand Junction). Go west approximately 5 miles and exit at University Boulevard. Turn left onto University Boulevard. Continue approximately 1 mile, just past Venneford Ranch Road. The entrance to our community is on your right-hand side. Please take advantage of our complimentary valet parking under the portico.

FROM DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND THE EAST
From Pena Blvd, take Exit 6A toward I-70. Merge onto E-470 S, and continue for approximately 32.1 miles. Exit at University Boulevard. Turn left onto University Boulevard. Continue approximately 1 mile, just past Venneford Ranch Road. The entrance to our community is on your right-hand side.

FROM MOUNTAIN TOWNS, LAKEWOOD AND THE WEST
From Wadsworth Boulevard and points farther west, take C-470 E toward DIA/Colorado Springs. Continue approximately 7.2 miles on C-470 E. Exit at University Boulevard. Turn right onto University Boulevard. Continue approximately 1 mile, just past Venneford Ranch Road. The entrance to our community is on your right-hand side.
